Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during promotional campaigns may require additional processing time.
We may contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to verify the provided contact or delivery information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Karachi: 2–4 working days
- Other cities in Pakistan: 3–7 working days
- Remote areas: 5–10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, security conditions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
Shipping charges may vary according to:

Order Tracking
Tracking information may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another available communication method after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are controlled by the courier company and may take some time to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, active phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions.
KitchenStuff.pk will not be responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Missed or Refused Deliveries
Customers should remain available at the provided phone number after placing an order.
If an order is refused without a valid reason or delivery is repeatedly unsuccessful, KitchenStuff.pk may restrict future Cash on Delivery orders from the same customer, phone number, or address.
Damaged Package
Please inspect the package when it is delivered. Do not accept a package that appears opened, severely damaged, or tampered with unless you are able to verify its contents.
Record an unboxing video when opening the parcel, particularly for fragile, electrical, or high-value products. This helps us resolve damaged, missing, or incorrect-item claims more efficiently.
