Return and Refund Policy
We want customers to shop with confidence. Products may be returned or exchanged under the conditions described below.
Return Period
Eligible products may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Complete with its original packaging
- Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, labels, and complimentary items
- Supported by the order number or proof of purchase
A return request does not automatically guarantee approval. All returned products are inspected before an exchange or refund is processed.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery when:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You receive the wrong product
- An item or accessory is missing from the package
You may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs
- An uninterrupted unboxing video
- Photograph of the shipping label
- Description of the problem
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without sufficient supporting evidence may not be accepted.
Change-of-Mind Returns
A change-of-mind return may be accepted when the product is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
For approved change-of-mind returns:
- The customer will pay the return shipping charges
- Original delivery charges will not be refunded
- Any courier or handling deductions may be applied
- The return must be securely packed to prevent damage
Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Used, washed, installed, or damaged products
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Personal-use or hygiene-sensitive items after opening
- Clearance or final-sale products, unless defective
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence, improper handling, or incorrect installation
- Electrical products damaged because of incorrect voltage or improper use
- Products with scratches, stains, odors, missing parts, or signs of use
- Products returned after the allowed return period
Your legal rights regarding genuinely defective or misrepresented products remain subject to applicable law.
Exchanges
Approved products may be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
When the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
- Another product of equivalent value
- Store credit
- A refund through an available payment method
A price difference may apply when the customer chooses a different product.
Refund Process
After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method, bank, mobile wallet, or payment-service provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, an approved refund may be issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet, store credit, or another mutually agreed method.
Return Shipping
KitchenStuff.pk will cover reasonable return shipping charges when the return is caused by:
- A wrong product being delivered
- A verified manufacturing defect
- A product being damaged before delivery
- An item being missing from the order
For change-of-mind returns or incorrect products ordered by the customer, return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Do not send a parcel back without first receiving return instructions from our customer-support team.
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before it is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled and will be handled according to the return conditions above.
